Fireworks Ban Within City Limits

Notice from the city of Renton:  Renton residents are reminded that it is illegal to possess or discharge fireworks of any kind anywhere in the city throughout the year, including the 4th of July.   To enjoy fireworks in a safe environment, citizens are encouraged to attend Renton’s public fireworks display on Wednesday, July 4, at Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park, 1201 Lake Washington Blvd., Renton.

Garbage Pick-Up SATURDAY 3/31

Hello neighbors,

It looks like Allied Waste has changed their original plan.  Garbage and recycling will now be picked up on Saturday 3/31.

We were affected by a one-day walk out by Allied Waste/Republic Services.  We can put out up to double the amount on our next pick-up day.  Please bring all garbage and recycling bins in from the street.  If you have any questions or comments, you can contact Allied Waste here.

There will be a raffle for $50 off 2013 HOA dues.  Each eligible lot represented will get one entry and there will be two winners!

Three HOA positions are up for election.  Nominations will be taken at the meeting.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please email your nomination to jerichoestateshoa@gmail.com.  Please include the nominee’s name, lot number/address, and phone number or email address.
